Olivia and the Caterpillar

As you know, Olivia loves any kind of creature, Saturday, it was an orange and black caterpillar! We saw it when we were on our walk, and Olivia picked it up and started talking to it! She wanted to know if we could take it home with us! She let it climb up her arm, on her hands, then she let it crawl on her feather, that she had found on the ground. Rebecca was a little reluctant to touch the caterpillar, and Olivia kept telling her, "It's ok, Becca, the caterpillar is not scary, he's nice. I'm not scared!"

On The Tree Farm

Saturday, we spent the day at my Mom and Dad's house getting ready for the Tree Farm to open! The weather was BEAUTIFUL! We spotted a hot air balloon when we left our house, and the girls were excited to still see it when we got to my parents' house! It was yellow with hearts on the bottom. The girls had a fun time running around the farm, finding leaves, sticks, and wildlife! Rebecca wanted me to take her picture next to all the Christmas trees! Isabella is still a little unsteady walking in the tall grass up and down the hills!

Riding Bikes and Scooters

Monday afternoon, the kids played outside. I was in the garage going through all of Rebecca's old clothes and pulling out things for Olivia and Bellie to wear. Can you believe that Olivia is already ready to go into a 4T because of her height? Anyway, Olivia had on a dress and then I had her try on a striped shirt, and she wanted to wear a knit hat that was Rebecca's! After she oufitted herself, she actually looked like a really hip in style kid, and she styled herself! Chris some branches off of the neighbor's tree that kept hitting our cars, and the girls were riding their bikes and scooters.

I was excited, I found my glasses! Now I can see...I just don't remember where I last put them!

Historic Highway 40 Auto Care

Over the weekend, we went to the grand opening of Historic Highway 40 Auto Care! If anyone needs their car fixed, smogged, oil changed...any car needs....go see Bob in Auburn! He's the man! He just opened his auto care shop! He has worked on our family's cars and he is great! At the grand opening, there were some old cars to look at, we had great BBQ'd hotdogs from Longhorn Meat Co., chips, sodas, desserts....The kids sat in the lobby and watched Charlotte's Web.

Inside the lobby.

I love this picture, it's the "fakeout hug"! Bellie went running over to Nino gave him a big hug, but you can see by the look on her face, she wants the hotdog!

Olivia and the Lady Bug!

Olivia loves any kind of animal or insect! She was outside playing and when I came outside, she came running over to show me her lady bug that she had caught! She was so excited and she was so gentle with the lady bug as it climbed all over her hands, up her arms, and then flew away! She quickly found more lady bugs on the pumpkin plants, so she picked another one up, and talked to it like it was her best friend! It was so cute how she interacted with her lady bug pal! She must have played with the lady bugs for at least 45 minutes!

The lady bug is on Olivia's wrist.

Halloween!!!!

Finally it was Halloween Night!!! Rebecca had been worried all week when she saw on the weather forecast that it may rain! Thankfully, the rain held off until the end of the night and trick or treating was over! My three Tinkerbells were hard to get a picture of all at the same time! Isabella is at the age where she won't stay still very long, and by the time I have Olivia smiling, Bellie is GONE! We went to Mandy's house and ate dinner outstide in the driveway. She had Halloween music playing and the kids ate and ran around the yard playing tag. Mandy's parents and her other friends were there with their families. We headed out to trick or treat and Isabella just sat in the stroller with her blanket. Olivia only went to about 6 houses and then called it a night, and rode in the wagon with Jordyn. After we were done, it was raining and the kids ran like mad men through Mandy's house playing and passing out candy to the trick or treaters that came to the door. My girls had a blast and were so tired when we got home!

Halloween Party at Kids Klub

Friday was Halloween and we had a BUSY day!
Rebecca woke up to find that her and her sisters had been left a Halloween treat by the Halloween Fairy! She and her sisters had gotten the new Tinkerbell movie! They got to watch it before school! Then Rebecca and I walked to school in the rain, and I worked in her classroom for the morning. I finally finished the Thanksgiving Pageant invitations (with the help of Maureen)! I came home until we had to get Rebecca from school, then the kids had to get ready for the Halloween party at Olivia's school. Olivia fell asleep right before we got to her school, so she was tired when the party was going on! Olivia and her friends sang a couple of cute Halloween songs, then the had a cupcake and juice, and the big finale to their party was to go Trick or Treating around Ms. Cheryl's neighborhood court! Rebecca helped to hand out the candy to the trick or treaters. All the kids at Olivia's school were so cute dressed up! The girls had a great time! Then we had to rush home and change costumes again, so we could go over to Mandy's for dinner and Trick or Treating!
